• Updated Section 9.1.2.1 Customer Satisfaction – supplemental with the new zero-tolerance metrics
• Section 8.3.4.4 Product approval process with requirements for ePSW system for PSW submissions
• The effective date for the updated CSRs is June 23, 2025

Ford Scorecard IATF 16949 Quick Reference Guide

• Updated Section 1 with the new zero-tolerance metrics
• Updated Section 4 with the new red supplier criteria (Q1 score update and the new zero-tolerance metrics)
• Updated the Rules references in the Quick Reference Guide to align with Rules 6th

Ford Scorecard Screen Images

• Inserted a watermark with the text “Being updated to align with Q1 4.0 and IATF Rules 6th”
