Ford has updated their Customer Specific Requirements for both IATF 16949 and PPAP. The primary changes include:
IATF 16949 CSRs

• Clarification added for Safe Launch Control Plans.
• Update reference to eCAR.
• Updates for Gauge R&R Requirements.
• Clarification on Bulk Material Requirements for FMEA software.
• Administrative update to correct nomenclature of AIAG & VDA FMEA.

PPAP CSRs

• Updated clarification for capability studies with quantity of parts less than 125.
• Updates for Gauge R&R Requirements.
• Administrative updates to outdated references and links.
